CASE STUDY 1

Since swapping full-time work for full-time parenting, I have been trying to make the necessary adjustments to nurture happiness and health, while providing opportunity and education for my children to the best of my abilities.

But, while we all want the best, our intentions cannot always be matched with what’s required to see them through. As you know, my son can be a handful at the best of times, and, before joining, my daughter was rather shy and somewhat lacking in confidence.

To say that the club’s teachings of Muay Thai, and the culture and tradition that comes with it, have been a huge benefit is an understatement.

I cannot explain how influential I think the training and guidance of you and your staff have been after all, what price can be put on a child’s development?

My son is learning to channel his abundance of energy in the right direction, becoming more focused, and my daughter has the confidence to tackle most anything head-on, often choosing the most testing tasks at school, much to my delight!

I truly believe that the rippling effect of resulting benefits will echo through to their later years, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Thank you for enriching our lives and thank you to the Twin Tigers Community Partnership for making this possible.

At Twin Tigers Boxing and Martial Arts, we strive to support our students to echo these sentiments – to empower them to overcome their fears and build strength in mind, body and spirit.
